12 June #ADHD Talk on #Sleep w/ @agnew_blais from @KingsCollegeLon Book now e: communications@adhdrichmond.org

Dr Agnew-Blais is the author of a Research Paper on sleep which states:

  • Children with ADHD had poorer sleep quality in young adulthood, but only if their ADHD persisted
  • ADHD and sleep problems in young adulthood were associated because of genetic  and nonshared environmental influences
  • Should ADHD remit, children with ADHD do not appear to have an increased risk of later sleep problems
  • Good quality sleep is important for multiple areas of functioning
